You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached.

How to return

1. Email hello@barrio-vibes.com with your order number.
2. You'll get a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop off at any DHL/DPD/GLS pickup point.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Just say so in the email and we'll reserve it while your return is in transit.

Defects

If anything arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll cover everything.
